History

Texas Hot Shot Company, Inc., one of the oldest oilfield haulers in the nation, was founded in 1947 to provide small-scale truck "Hot Shot" (rapid response and  delivery) services for the oil field area between Texas and Louisiana.  Over the years the company has expanded its services in terms of equipment, freight hauled, and geographic coverage.  With six locations and over 150 trucks, including tandem tractors, winch and pole trucks, goosenecks, flatbeds, pickups and specialized trailers, Texas Hot Shot Company, Inc. has developed an expansive customer base that includes many of the world's leading oil and gas companies.

Head quarters in Houston, Texas, the company is now a leading oil field trucking company servicing the oil field, petro-chemical, industrial and general freight industry.  The companies main services are used for moving oil field pipe, machinery and equipment between locations distributed among the major oil field states, as well as providing truckload flatbed services to all 48 states.

Added in 1994, Future Freightways, L.P., specializes in the transportation and brokering of industrial and general commodities.  Again in 1998, Texas Hot Shot Company, Inc. added a dedicated fleet of specialized bulk trailers for the specific purpose of hauling non-hazardous dry bulk  products for the oil field and industrial industries for the convenience of our customers.
