Our company carries a full line of cargo, workers compensation, and auto liability insurance, which meets or exceeds all Department of Transportation regulations.

We at Texas Hot Shot Company, Inc. strive to maintain a safe record by following a strict hiring and retention program.  Before the initial date of hire and routinely our Safety Director screens the driving records of all drivers to insure that safety is being maintained.  Appropriate action is taken for all safety violations.  

While following strict safety guidelines, our company realizes it is important to recognize drivers for ongoing safety and compliance.  Drivers are given annual awards for safe driving as well as maintaining a good loss prevention ratio.  In addition to annual awards, drivers receive bonuses for "No Violations" on a DOT Roadside inspection.
